address and NOT the delivery address. After you
have LOGGED IN and have finished your selection,
click on 'GO TO CHECKOUT' and you will be asked
for a final few details such as delivery address
that we need to be able to complete the order.
How can I pay?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Payment
is made at the Internet check out, which can be
accessed through your Internet shopping basket icon.
Remember, you can still change your mind at the
checkout as to whether you wish to continue with
the purchase.
We also accept payment by cheque for order placed
via our customer care team on tel no. 0845 257 0254.
Remember, lead times may need to be increased to
allow for postage and cheque processing.
When do I give my payment details?
Payment is only made once you have clicked through
into our secure environment, which can be accessed
through your Internet shopping basket icon. You
can still change your mind at this stage. Payment
is only made when you click to Place your Order
purchase.
When will I be charged?
The full purchase price will be charged to your
card upon placement of your order.
Before we can arrange for your goods
to be delivered your balance of payment must be
paid in full. For security reasons our delivery
teams are unable to accept any form of payment on
delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
When confirmation of order is received, this is
to indicate that we have received your order. It
does not indicate that a contract exists between
us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and
hence a contract between us, when we send you an
invoice. We have included this term to protect us
in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing,
we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we
are no longer able to supply a particular product
for some reason. In the case of a change of price,
we will always contact you first to ensure that
the price is acceptable.
